FAQ

What do I need to pick-up my order at the event?
Be ready to show us your email receipt from Bigcartel at Rodney's on 9/14 between 11:30AM – 3:30PM to receive your order. If you can no longer pick-up your order at the venue or miss the pick-up period, please contact us ASAP so we can arrange to have the package shipped to you. You will be invoiced for the shipping costs.

Can my ticket be transferred to another person?
Each unique entry will be checked off at the entrance of the event. If you would like to transfer your entry to another attendee(s), kindly let us know prior to the event to prevent misunderstandings.

Can I enter the event without a ticket?
Entry to the event is not guaranteed without a ticket. Tickets may be sold at the door at our discretion. We are monitoring the number of attendees in the venue for safety reasons, and we highly suggest you RSVP beforehand.

You are not required to stay in the venue for the entire duration of the event. You are free to enter and leave as you please, if you have an event ticket.

We may allow free walk-ins for a certain period of time toward the last hour of the event, if space allows. This may change at the organizers' discretion.

Will event merch be sold at the event?
We have a limited amount of merchandise to be sold at the event, but stock is not guaranteed, especially for non-print products.

If I can't make it to the event, can I still purchase event merch? Are international orders allowed?
We offer shipping of pre-orders and leftover sales domestically and internationally. Please select the proper shipping options for your order and expect items to be shipped after the event is completed.

When can I expect my order?
Orders will be packed and shipped after pre-orders close. Please be patient with us and expect to wait up to 2-3 months after the pre-order period. The expected shipment period is mid-late November. Updates during the shipping period will be posted on Twitter.

I'd like to host a GO. What should I do?
GOs are allowed. You are free to purchase our merch internationally; however, very large orders may be subject to additional shipping fees. We will contact you if additional shipping fees incur, and we will invoice you an additional payment. Your order will be cancelled and refunded if the additional payment isn't made. We do not refund processing fees.

You are not required to contact us for a Group Order, but if you wish to do so, you can reach out to us via email or Twitter.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
- Once shipped, the package is out of our hands. However, we understand that packages may be lost occasionally. Please contact us if you believe your package has been lost.
- It is your responsibility to contact us prior to shipment if your address has changed.
- We do not offer refunds or returns unless the product is beyond an acceptable margin of error. We offer refunds and reshipments if videos and images are shown documenting package/item damage.
- We do not refund processing fees.
- We are not responsible for paying VAT to your destination country.
